Sebanyak 138.454 warga Kabupaten Lombok Timur yang masuk daftar peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Kartu Indonesia Sehat (JKN-KIS) menunggak bayar iuran. Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Cabang Selong mencatat, jumlah tunggakan mencapai Rp 37 miliar lebih.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Kepala Cabang Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Selong, Gusti Catur Wiguna penegak.com\u00a0 menyebutkan ketaatan peserta membayar iuran 76 persen. Sisanya 24 persen masih menunggak.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dari 21 kecamatan se Kabupaten Lotim, terbanyak menunggak di Ibu Kota. Yakni kecamatan Selong sebanyak 14.980 orang dengan jumlah tunggakan Rp 4,3 miliar. Menyusul di Kecamatan Masbagik sebanyak 12.477 orang dengan nilai tunggakan mencapai Rp 3,4 miliar. Kecamatan Pringgabaya, terbanyak ketiga yakni 11.514 orang dengan jumlah tunggakan Rp 3,2 miliar. Kecamatan Wanasaba 10.638 orang menunggak Rp 2,5 miliar. Terkecil di Sembalun, sebanyak Rp 650 juta dari 2.230 peserta. Sambelia Rp 871 juta dengan 3.315 peserta penunggak bayar iuran.<\/span><\/p>\n

Secara cakupan kepesertaan kata Catur Wiguna, Kabupaten Lombok Timur memang melampaui target 98 persen tahun 2024 ini. Dimana, capaian Universal Health Coverage (UHC) sudah mencapai 99 persen dari 1,3 juta jiwa penduduk Lotim.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ditambahkan, menjadi pekerjaan rumah saat ini adalah banyaknya yang menunggak. Menunggak ini ada dari mandiri paling banyak. Ada juga dari perusahaan dan dari iuran yang dibayarkan oleh pemerintah.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

BPJS Kesehatan sebenarnya sudah menyiapkan mekanisme pembayaran iuran dengan cara mencicil lewat program rehab. Sesuaikan dengan kemampuan dari peserta mandiri.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Masalah yang muncul dari tunggakan ini adalah tidak saja soal ketidakaktifan kepesertaan, tapi juga akan berpengaruh pada fasilitas kesehatan. Rata rata tunggakan diketahui setelah mau digunakan di faskes. “Namanya orang sakit itukan pasti bingung, pasti tambah bingung dengan adanya tunggakan,” ungkapnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Harapannya, sebelum gunakan kartu JKN-KIS maka hendaknya dilakukan pembayaran tunggakan dulu akan bisa diaktifkan terlebih dulu. Sehingga, peserta bisa menggunakan JKN KIS di semua fasilitas kesehatan saat melakukan pengobatan. (r1)<\/span><\/p>\n
